everything indie-rock band babe parade releases is gold, and their new EP STARDOG is no exception. The band returns with the 4-track shoegaze masterpiece, including their pre-released single Tether + all the dreamy vocals we love from them. We caught up with Matt from the band on their fourth self-released EP: “we wanted each song to sound fluid, fun, and upbeat. The Intro was a warmup track we improvised in the studio which flowed really well with the other songs. The next three derived from a jam session that took us on a creative ride—felt like we hopped on a warm cozy train of inspiration with a couple of new songs awaiting our arrival at the destination. We’re very excited to release this EP and move on to writing fresh material for our first full length album which we plan to release in 2019.” We’re so stoked to hear what’s in store from these guys next year.
